1 Our core privacy principle

Superchat is built on the principle of sovereign AI. Customer deployments are designed to run inside infrastructure the customer owns or controls, including Genie in the Box, Genie in the Cloud, Superchat Code, Genie Live Chat and Genie Orb. The public demonstration is the exception: it runs on Superchat infrastructure so it can be tried without an installation.

2 Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill out our contact form or request a demo.
• Business inquiries: information you provide when inquiring about our enterprise solutions, including your organization's requirements and use cases.
• Career applications: resume, cover letter, and professional information when you apply for a position.

2.2 Information recorded automatically

• Server logs: our hosting service may record the requested page, timestamp, referring URL, browser user-agent and IP address for delivery, reliability and security.
• Contact submissions: the contact form records the sender's IP address with the message to help detect abuse.
• Marketing-site analytics: this marketing site does not currently load an analytics service or set analytics cookies.

2.3 Information we do NOT collect

• AI conversations or prompts processed inside a customer-controlled deployment
• Documents or files processed inside a customer-controlled deployment
• Voice data processed by a customer-controlled Genie Orb deployment
• Data generated or processed locally by a customer-controlled AI model

Inputs sent to the public demonstration are processed on Superchat infrastructure and should not contain confidential, personal, regulated or otherwise sensitive information.

Authenticated portals operated by Superchat may use essential session cookies for sign-in and security; those cookies are not used for advertising.
